These large teardrop earrings are from vintage 7Up soda can. From back when they used to make them out of steel. I came across a cashe of them a few months back at the local recycler. They were just sitting there waiting patiently for me. I love when that happens.
Each piece is hand cut, edges filed and finished smooth and then attached to a surgical stainless steel ear wire to finish the look.
The finished earrings are approximately 1.5" (37mm) wide and hang about 3" (75mm) from the ear. Each pair is made to order, so expect slight variations with your particular pair.
All adaptive reuse pieces come to you neatly displayed on an upcycled card and wrapped ready for gift-giving.
