I found this super cool tray covered with some major arcana tarot cards. I had to have it. It has rounded corners, but I’m determined to use all of the beautiful bits, so these earrings are from those slightly wonky corner pieces. I actually like how they turned out.
The Queen of Cups says you are highly intuitive, creative, and in flow with the surrounding energies. In your interactions with others, you can easily read other people to get a sense of how to communicate effectively, enabling you both to feel heard and understood. They trust you and know that you always have the right solution. You recognize the Divine in everyone you meet.
The King of Pentacles represents material wealth, financial abundance, and worldly success. This King is a faithful provider; he uses his ambition and confidence to create wealth for himself and others and generates his self-worth from what he has accumulated and can share with others. He is also a fatherly figure who provides others with advice, guidance and wisdom, especially in financial and work-related matters.
Each piece is hand cut, edges filed and finished smooth and then riveted to a length of waxed steel wire. A surgical stainless steel ear wire finishes the look.
The finished earrings are approximately 1.25" (28mm) wide and hang about 2.5" (60mm) from the ear.
Each piece of metal comes to me having lived a previous life--in some cases multiple lives! It is not unusual for the material to sometimes have scuffs, scratches, faded portions, and general wear and tear. If a flawless finish is important to you, please zoom in to the pictures here to look for imperfections that might be distracting for you.
All adaptive reuse pieces come to you neatly displayed on an upcycled card and sustainably wrapped ready for gift-giving.
