I’m going to start another 30 Day Challenge for myself. A new earring design each day during the first month of 2019. It’s a bit loony, but the last one jumpstarted a ton of really interesting explorations.
This pair comes directly from a sketch I did months ago but never actually created. It combines a bunch of elements I already use, but seemed different enough overall to count for day 1. Hopefully there’s more old sketches to pull from during the next few weeks. 😜
Each piece is hand cut, edges filed and finished smooth and then riveted to a length of waxed steel wire. The finished earrings are approximately 1.75" (42mm) wide and hang about 2.5" long (48mm).All adaptive reuse pieces come to you neatly displayed on an upcycled card, wrapped and ready for gift-giving.
Please contact me with any questions.
