Shipping Policies

SHIPPING POLICY:

All domestic US packages ship free via USPS First Class mail unless customer indicates another method or carrier at checkout. International customers are charged the standard package rate to their country. Packages generally leave the studio within three days of your order.

 

RETURN POLICY:

I want you to love everything about your adaptive reuse purchases. And, mostly folks do. But sometimes things just don't meet expectations. If that happens to you, please get in touch. I am always responsive to issues and much prefer the opportunity to make things right to having customers quietly dissatisfied. If you want to return things, I can easily issue you a return label and you can drop the piece in the mail in the same mailer it originally came in.
