I've been playing around with using up a bunch of offcut pieces I’ve been saving for years. Sometimes it’s good to save things, but it’s also good to use them up. Sometimes when you save things for a while you get new ideas for how to use them up. Somewhere in all of this hides a precarious balance.
Each piece of tin is hand cut, distressed and nailed into the block. The edges are fire finished black and it is signed and dated on the back.
This block is about 2” x 3” x .5” and can either stand on its own or be hung on the wall.
