I've been playing around this week with making pieces that are less "finished" looking. Pieces that are a bit more free form and rustic. This particular pair features this long midnight black rectangle with coppery dots.
Each piece is hand cut, filed and finished smooth. Then I hand distress and pattern each piece and connect them. A surgical stainless steel ear wire finishes the look.
The finished earrings are approximately .25" (8mm) wide and hang about 3” (72mm) from the ear. Each pair is made to order, so expect slight variations with your particular pair.
All adaptive reuse pieces come to you neatly displayed on an upcycled card and sustainably wrapped ready for gift-giving.
