These earrings happened after I noticed cool shapes of the remaining corner pieces of a lid. As fate would have it, the little rectangles were on the bench waiting to be used as well.
Each piece is hand cut, edges filed and finished smooth and then the pieces are connected together with a split ring. A surgical stainless steel ear wire finishes the look.
The finished earrings are approximately 1.25" (30mm) wide and hang about 2.75" (66mm) from the ear. Each pair is made to order, so expect slight variations with your particular pair.
All adaptive reuse pieces come to you neatly displayed on an upcycled card and sustainably wrapped ready for gift-giving.

I’ve recently partnered with the non-profit One Tree Planted. $1 from your order today will plant a tree somewhere on the globe.
