Each piece of tin is hand cut, distressed and laid out on the copper sheet. Working from one end, I punch teeny tiny holes and then rivet each piece to secure it to the copper strip.
Once all the pieces are married together, I file and finish the wavy edges so that they are smooth. The cuff is then protected with a thin layer of finishing wax. Bending the whole piece into the cuff shape is the final step.
The finished bracelet is about .5” (12mm) wide and 6” long.
