This pair of earrings is a new design that comes from cutting wedge shapes from the lids of circular tins. I really dig the way this shape shows off all the tins so nicely. This particular pale blue & chocolate sunflower pattern with an Asian design flair works with almost all my designs, but this one really has some real estate that shows off the pattern to its fullest.
Each piece is hand cut, edges filed and finished smooth and then riveted to a length of waxed steel wire. A surgical stainless steel ear wire finishes the look.
The finished earrings are approximately 1.5" (40mm) wide and hang about 3" (75mm) from the ear. Each pair is made to order, so expect slight variations with your particular pair.
All adaptive reuse pieces come to you neatly displayed on an upcycled card and wrapped ready for gift-giving.
Please contact me if you have any other questions.
