These big bright chartreuse green cones started out as a big green circle first.
Each circle is hand cut, edges filed and finished smooth. For this particular pair I distressed the bright red finish to reveal a bit of the silver underneath. The finished pieces make me think of silvery snow-topped scarlet mountains. The ear wires are handmade from surgical stainless steel wire.
The finished earrings are 1" (24mm) wide and hang about 3" (74mm) from the ear. Each pair is made to order, so expect slight variations with your particular pair.
All adaptive reuse pieces come to you neatly displayed on an upcycled card and wrapped ready for gift-giving.
