This is an odd pair for me, but I like how it all came together. The pieces are from two different vintage tins, but I like how they work together.
Each top piece is hand cut, edges filed and finished smooth and then riveted to a length of waxed steel wire. Teardrop dangles are also hand cut and finished and then attache with a stainless steel split ring. A surgical stainless steel ear wire finishes the look.
The finished earrings are approximately 1.5" (36mm) wide and hang about 2.5" (63mm) from the ear. Each pair is made to order, so expect slight variations with your particular pair.
All adaptive reuse pieces come to you neatly displayed on an upcycled card and wrapped ready for gift-giving.
