I like this lovely edge pattern. It's from a vintage metal tray that was given as a gift with the purchase of a giant box of Spic and Span.
Each piece is hand cut, edges filed and finished smooth and then riveted to a length of waxed steel wire. A surgical stainless steel ear wire finishes the look. This design looks like it would slide around a lot on the wire, but I've worn several versions now and it, surprisingly, mostly stays centered.
The finished earrings are 2" (48mm) wide and hang about 2.5" (62mm) from the ear. Each pair is made to order, so expect slight variations with your particular pair.
All adaptive reuse pieces come to you neatly displayed on an upcycled card and sustainably wrapped ready for gift-giving.
